Our stay was great and enjoyable.

We had to change rooms because the toilet flush kept running. To compensate, we were offered an upgrade. Pool was nice, staff friendly but not very efficient. Telephone in room did not work. Emergency exit was blocked by laundry trolley , follow-up was not efficient.

It was my second time staying at Five to Five hotel and their service is always on high level, nice staffs and very helpful, free airport pick up and drop off 27/4 on , nice food and clean environment I really recommend anyone who is visiting Kigali Rwanda to stay here

Stayed for 2 nights before we left on our gorilla safari. Was a good place with a nice pool. Great value for money with nice outlook over the golf course. Breakfast was good and the staff super friendly. Teddy the hotel dog is lovely. Shower pressure excellent and plunger coffee in the room. Only downside was no fan or AC in room. Air got a bit hot in the middle of the night.
