The room was extremely expensive,I paid in advance and I still had to pay $100 per day because they didn’t have enough rooms with the beach view available so they told me I had to get the court yard view, and then they changed it back to the beach view, very expensive and confusing to me, the food wasn’t very good either but you get what you pay for, I don’t recommend this hotel.

The Staff in the property are amazing especially a lady named Angel. quality of the breakfast, coffeeshop / bar and the view are all great. Location is prime and very safe for tourists not familiar with the city. We very much enjoyed our trip.

I had the best experience i’ve ever had in any hotel and I’ve been to many to throughout my travels. The kindness and hospitality of the stall was consistent and genuine. In addition, the menu was amazing. The food was delicious and my family and I enjoyed it immensely. Given the opportunity to visit DarSalam again I will absolutely stay at the Hyatt Regency hotel. Thank you.

My experience at City Crown Hotel was very good

Very spacious and comfortable rooms for a family in Dar es Salaam. The breakfast is also excellent and there is a convenient restaurant on the top floor.

Room was dirty with trash in the can upon arrival. There was no soaps in the soap bottle in the shower instead there was mold. The walls in the shower were horrible like have never been cleaned. Bed sheets horrible with stains. Everything gross. Will never go back or recommend.

No TV, not proper WiFi, no proper hot water, if anything happens to the guest not any attention at all. Check out receptionist don’t care at all. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been stayed. AVOID THIS SH*T COMPLETELY.
