This was a great place to stay. Very clean and organized with every appliance needed for long stays. Access to two rail stations and a really short ride to USJ. Would recommend to anyone looking for a little piece and quiet, located just outside the city.

The hotel was nice and clean. Had no issues during my stay.

Room was clean and functional. Soundproofing is not the greatest and can get pretty noisy given the location being at a major intersection. Walking distance from Osaka Station via underground tunnels is great given the Summer heat. Lots of food and amenities in the neigbourhood.

The rooms were small and smelled moldy

We love this place. Our second stay with our now 4 year old. Every floor is a new adventure. And we love the nighttime buffet. We stayed both times in the largest family room and our daughter is obsessed with the bunk beds. Talks about them more often than our three days at Disney. Great location. Close to the train and shopping complex. Convenience store nearby. The staff were super helpful and we had a fun time celebrating the hotel's anniversary with special activities! We're hoping we can stay again soon.

One of our party felt ill and we were allowed to checkin an hour early. The hotel has an interesting european character, designed around a chapel for hosting weddings. Rooms were nice with city views. Close to sightseeing and good food.
