All great. Extraordinary accustoming host. Incredible!!

Our three‑night stay in the Whale Apartment at Steam pier near Tromsø was genuinely wonderful. The space itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered fantastic panoramic views that made every morning feel special. The bed was super comfortable, the apartment was quiet, and the location struck the perfect balance — peaceful, yet still close enough to Tromsø to explore easily. What truly elevated our stay, though, was the exceptional staff. As we checked in, the two young people who welcomed us were an absolute delight. Both the young lady and the young man were wonderfully kind, genuinely helpful, and greeted us with bright, happy smiles that instantly made us feel welcome. Their friendliness and positive energy set the perfect tone for our stay and left a lasting impression. Parking: Parking is straightforward, but you do have to pay, and this is clearly stated in advance. Please don’t take it out on the staff when you arrive — they’re not responsible for the parking fees. Just factor the cost into your budget or choose accommodation with free parking if that suits you better.

Very spacious and nice apartment in the city centre. Think we got a larger apartment than what we ordered, which we didn’t mind at all. Parking right outside at an extra cost. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the water from the shower flooded a part of the bathroom floor, but it was okay. Good beds to sleep in. Hotels.com promised indoor pool, which was not available - the staff knew nothing about it. This really let us down.

The staff were helpful and so kind, the room was small but comfortable. The bathroom was great. The spa and gym room was one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel. The breakfast was ok. Everything was smooth.

We stayed 4 nights in February and absolutely loved the apartment. It's new, clean place with all the amenities and stunning views of Tromso and surroundings.

Notre première chambre avait des insectes dans le lit et par terre. Une recherche comparative interne nous a montré qu’il s’agissait d’insectes de lit ce que la gérante a refusé de reconnaître plaidant que c’est impossible en pays nordique. Mais ce que nous lui avons fait valoir est que peut importe la sorte d’ insectes, retrouver des insectes dans un lit demeure inacceptable . Ils ont finalement accepté de nous transférer de chambre. Cette deuxième chambre n’était pas propre. Il y avait des miettes de nourriture sur les chaises et des cheveux sur le matelas, mais au moins il n’y avait pas d’insectes. Le reste des services comme le buffet déjeuner étaient parfait .
