Property was as described. Very clean and well equipped for our 3 night stay. Comfy bed and sofa perfect for 2. Laundry facilities were available and free although we didn't require. Location is excellent...easily walkable to all the sites. Communication was top notch and iformation was complete and timely. Kitchen was well equipped for simple meals. Everything nearby. Appreciated supplied coffee and paper towels and toilet tissue. Will definitely stay again if we return to Edinburgh.

The place was a great location and communication with the host was quick and easy. Pictures on website were newer than the place actually was. Could use a refresh. Overall a good experience.

Avoid! I booked two nights stay in this hotel, I arrived and was told they don’t have my reservation and no more rooms available. Spent an hour explaining and showing an email from Hotels.com with my valid booking confirmation, but still wasn’t given a room. Save yourself a trouble and book somewhere else.

Room was shabby, wallpaper peeling off, no lamps!! so only big light (white spotlights) or darkness. everything else was fine Staff were friendly and helpful on the very few occasions we saw them.
