Todavía tengo dudas de cómo esta propiedad puede tener una calificación tan alta. Después de mi experiencia, considero importante compartir lo ocurrido: 1. Problemas con el vuelo y negativa a ofrecer una solución:Tuve un inconveniente con mi vuelo y avisé al hotel con 3 días de anticipación que me sería imposible llegar el día de mi reserva. Pregunté si existía la posibilidad de cancelar debido a esta situación o, en su defecto, recibir un reembolso por 2 noches y utilizar únicamente 1 noche. Expedia intentó ayudarme, pero el hotel ratificó su negativa, indicando que la reserva era no reembolsable y que, si no llegábamos, perderíamos el dinero. No tuve otra opción que aceptar. 2. Problemas de higiene y comezón en la habitación:La sorpresa llegó cuando finalmente ocupamos la habitación 2 días después. Todas las personas del grupo que nos hospedamos en ella comenzamos a sentir comezón en el cuerpo. Además, la habitación tenía un olor realmente desagradable. Al informar la situación, el personal reconoció que había un problema y rápidamente realizaron una limpieza a vapor del colchón. Esto disminuyó la comezón, pero el problema no desapareció por completo. 3. No existe una recepción ni asistencia adecuada:El hotel no cuenta con una recepción como tal. Prácticamente cualquier persona puede llegar y no hay personal disponible para brindar asistencia de manera adecuada. La única persona que vimos encargándose de la limpieza de las habitaciones no hablaba inglés.

It was on its own floor. The apartment was a good size for a family of 5. Had I known there would be a washer and dryer in the room I would have brought less clothes since we did laundry everyday. The showers were a bit hard to use for the kids but they figured it out by the end. There was one night we needed to call the front desk from a nearby Monday hotel as we blew a fuse when we used the toaster oven and microwave at the same time.

Amazing experience and it is great for family, especially first timer visiting Tokyo! Will return with this hotel again!

This hotel was close to the train station, and their directions from the station were perfect. The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean.

The accommodation was excellent. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities and facilities. The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The location is quiet and residential. The room had everything we need and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
