Front desk and restaurant staff were super nice. Clean and quiet place, felt safe, grass for doggo. Also nice front lobby shop with drinks, snacks, and local products. Got hot tub room and it was very big and felt very clean. Would definitely stay here again :)

Safe, Clean, Good Location

We were in the area for a wedding. It was easy to get to the freeway and we also Ubered to Niagra Falls. The rooms were great and the lobby was excellent - a nice restaurant and lounge area for when you didn't want to be in your room.

The computer servers were down when I checked in, Couldn’t confirm a cancelation for an October booking. Toilets were low and would recommend putting in comfort height level. Asked for a quiet accommodation but was given a room where windows faced out on to the air conditioning system for the hotel which ran 24-7. CONSTANT NOISE!!!

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. On the second day of my visit, I returned to my room late at night only to discover that housekeeping had not provided any towels, soap, or body lotion. This was very inconvenient, especially as I was preparing to take a shower after a long day and realized none of these basic amenities were available. These items are essential and expected in every guest room. Having them missing not only caused frustration but also made the stay far less comfortable than it should have been. I kindly ask that you review this matter with your housekeeping team to ensure it does not happen to other guests. I would also appreciate any goodwill gesture to acknowledge the inconvenience caused during my stay.

This years experience was not as it should be.

We have been coming to this hotel for several yrs in a row. We love it. Its cozy and service is excellent always. This yrs trip was not like the others. We found a dried piece of feces on the clean towels in the shelf. It must have been inside the shelf unseen which was then dragged out with the towel. Also someone from housekeeping tapped on our door very loudly when it was check out time. We answered the door and she asked if we are checking out which made us feel rushed and like we needed to get out. Terrible and rude. As a long time customer we should be made to feel comfortable like its a second home where we can relax. The experience this yr did leave us with an upsetting feeling.
