Our recent family trip to Niagara-on-the-Lake was made truly unforgettable by our stay at the 124 on Queen Hotel and Spa. We had the pleasure of staying in their beautiful Guest House, which was a perfect fit for our family of four. The space was luxurious, comfortable, and felt like a true home away from home. We had plenty of room to relax and unwind, and the elegant decor made our stay feel extra special. To top it all off, we had a fantastic dinner at NOLT Bar & Restaurant, located right on the hotel grounds. The atmosphere was sophisticated yet welcoming, and the food was simply amazing. My wife loved the Seared Atlantic Salmon, and I thoroughly enjoyed the house-made NOTL Burger. Our oldest had a delicious steak, and my little guy even finished his pasta special, which was a bit spicy but so flavorful. We highly recommend the 124 on Queen Hotel and Spa for families looking for a luxurious and convenient retreat. The combination of the beautiful Guest House and the exceptional dining at NOLT made for a perfect getaway. We can't wait to come back!

124 on Queen is a deluxe property. Both of the two rooms where we stayed were well-appointed, with quality furnishings. Minor lapses, such as a toilet that did not flush property and a broken luggage rack, did not significantly detract from our enjoyment of the two day stay. The hotel is centrally located on Queen Street, with many restaurants and shops nearby, and the Shaw theater nearby. However, one major problem exists. The two "annex" rooms, one of which we occupied for a night (until we asked for a switch) is accessed only via a steep staircase with very narrow treads, suitable only for guests that are quite young and agile! We are neither, and felt each time we used them that we were risking our lives.

A fantastic property, with a welcoming and friendly staff. Right in the centre of everything which made it ideal for walking to restaurants, shopping & parks. The room was perfect, spacious and well appointed. We will definitely return and would highly recommend. Spa on site was a bonus, as was the tranquil Zen garden on site. Thanks!

Nice property in beautiful area. Free underground parking. Convenient to shops and cafes. NOTL restaurant patio was great for Sunday brunch. We were a family of 3 women in a double room. Beds were comfortable. Nice bathroom, but with only 2 hooks for towels and 1 tiny towel rack. No drawers for clothes, and only a closet with 2 shelves and room to hang about 10 items. Lighting was dark throughout the room. Couldn’t read in bed.
