Has a really lovely welcome after a long journey which goes such a long way. The room was great and I had no need to worry about noise from overlooking the busy train station. The secondary glazing made it cozy and quiet. Breakfast was good too.

Beautiful apartment close to all amenities.

We really love the accommodation, it was clean, very nicely furnished and the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were lovely and just what we needed. Beds were really comfortable also. The Aparthotel is ideally situated also, being close to the train station, shops and only 5 - 10 minutes walk from Eldon Square. It is right in the middle of town.

Limited to NO parking. No real parking available anywhere near the hotel. Never warned before hand about international soccer march being played the same day in Newcastle as our arrival. Area seemed to be in a seedy part of town. Personally told the receptionist on the apartment side of the facility that we were cancelling our reservation and the reasons why.

The dust bunnies in the room were over the top, it was insane how much dust was piled up on top of tall furniture and along the walls where the carpet meets. Had to ask for a portable heater as the radiator was not working. The mattresses should have been replaced a LONG time ago, every time my son shifted slightly another spring flew up and jabbed me in the ribs. The bathroom/shower was really nice but the ventilation not great, every thing was soaking wet in there after showering, even in luke-warm water. The food was ok, breakfast pretty good. All the employees we interacted with were very nice. Location is in the center of it ALL, central station right across the street, plenty of restaurants nearby along with museums/shops/groceries.
