"Warm, friendly and so very comfortable "
My son (11) is still sulking after having left this wonderful couple and their dog. We were made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was warm and cosy and our bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Breakfast was amazing and little touches like remembering what we liked really added to our stay and made us feel very welcome. Have to mention their food and cakes. Wow!!!!!! Will miss snuggling in front of the fire on their sofa with cake!! Very much look forward to a return visit in the future.

"our stay in The cliffe hotel in Cardigan "
Lovely room with an extra large bed. We enjoyed the cooked breakfast and the variety on offer. A shame there really isn't much to do around the hotel it meant either driving or taking a taxi into town

"A wonderful stay in a pastoral, rural setting"
What a great experience! Friendly and helpful staff, a very nice and spacious suite, great food at the restaurant for dinner and an excellent breakfast in the morning. The setting was wonderful......lush green yard with a vineyard and great views of the countryside. Worth the drive out in the county to stay. We will definitely go back to Jabajak!

"Great B&B to explore the amazing coastline sights"
A lovely B&B with lovely and helpful hosts. The B&B itself is a beautiful building and we loved that many of the previous church features still remained. The room my wife and I stayed in was spacious and very well maintained in terms of cleanliness and style; chocolates on the pillow were a nice touch on our arrival day. Breakfast was really nice each morning, cooked on order. Having stayed in many a B&B both my wife and I would have liked to see on the breakfast menu a little more exciting variety in terms of hot options such as having eggs Benedict, or a salmon or local fish infusion on the menu; we ordered the Welsh breakfast each day and we enjoyed it very much but it was also the most exciting option which is why we chose it each day. There is a cold breakfast buffet available in the breakfast room with fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt etc, as well as Orange and Apple juice to choose from, especially enjoyed while waiting for the cooked breakfast to arrive. The B&B hosts were especially great in their advice regarding what best to see and do in the area, as well as key sights to visit beyond St. Dogmaels. Their guest book in the room was a great source of information that helped make our 4 nights stay in Pembrokeshire amazing.

"A haven of peace"
We had a complete little cottage to ourselves, and although we were only there for one night, Debbie made us really welcome and could've do enough to help. The gardens are a complete wildlife paradise and in only a few hours we heard owls, woodpeckers and in the morning watched a beautiful pheasant strutting around on the lawn. The cottage itself was lovely, with a mass of toiletries and towels and a super comfy bed. I'd recommend a stay ther for anyone who needs peace and pampering.

"nice hotel overlooking the bay"
We had requested a room with sea view and were delighted to find we had been given a huge room at the front overlooking the bay. Extremely comfy tub chairs were also positioned looking out of the window and a pair of binoculars were also there to look out for the dolphins, which was a very nice touch. The room itself was huge with oodles of storage space and very comfy. The staff were very friendly and made you feel very welcome. If we were to find one fault, that would be that there was no lift. The food was excellent , portions not for the faint hearted and the prices for the evening meal were almost too cheap if weighed up against the quality of the food and the cooking. All in all, excellent value for money all round.

Newcastle Emlyn is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Newcastle Emlyn, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Newcastle Emlyn hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
