Paod for parking with my reservation, man at the front desk tried to charge me $21 a day parking instead of the $17 a day for parking that i paid with my reservation. They then charged me AGAIN for parking out of my deposit. Staff was rude while on thr phone trying to get my deposit back. Even the manager had an attitude when being shown that the parking was paid for when i made the reservation. $50 is still $50. Will never stay here again!!!!

Only one elevator was working and it was falling apart. Our toilet was coming off the base and not stable. The beds were incredibly hard and we had a lot of trouble managing the AC in the room. It was also very noisy with people running up and down the halls until very late. There is also no options for food onsite so everyone seemed to be using food delivery service. There are other, better choices if you are stuck in Newark (which I hear is pretty common)

I would stay at this hotel again. Spacious, Clean and friendly staff. Only thing I didn’t care for was the $17 parking fee in a lot that had no spaces, had to make our own, however the coffee made up for it. Great coffee!!
