I found the staff to be not accommodating. They didn’t had extra pillows. I requested an hour late checkout to which they said they can’t. Next morning, i reached out again in hopes and the front desk gave me until 12 pm which i was grateful for. From 11 am to 12 pm- i had 3 different people coming asking to vacate the room & i had to tell them that i have permission to stay until 12. I even got a missed call lol. Room was okay to stay but definitely customer service can be nice :) it was also a little bit noisy outside the room.

Conveniently located about 15 minutes drive to EWR airport. Parking is free compared to other hotels right by the airport. King size bed is comfortable and room is clean and have everything needed.
