The location is great and close to Prudential center. The hotel is connected to Penn Station and you can go to Prudential Center via Gateway, no need to walk outside. They give you a warm welcome cookie which was very good. But checkin was extremely slow for everyone, the room is very old, very minimal amenities, no free water in a room, a complimentary water dispenser was broken at lobby, there was only one person working at front desk when there was a huge line of people waiting to check in. Also, you hear everything from the hallway. This connects with Gateway that has a pharmacy that is extremely expensive, food options are limited and very expensive. Outside Gateway buildings, there is no stores. There are many homeless people around the station/hotel.

Absolutely the Worst Hotel Experience of My Life – Hilton Should Be Ashamed I’ve stayed at Hilton properties all over the world, and this place doesn’t even deserve to have the Hilton name on it. Calling it disgusting would be an understatement. You’d get better service, cleanliness, and basic human decency at a run‑down roadside motel. There were literal blood stains on the carpet. Dirt and trash everywhere. Room service barged in unannounced while we were sleeping. The so‑called “front desk” is a joke — they never answer the phone, and when I was told to text, my messages were completely ignored. Why? Because the staff were too busy chatting about an anime show. Yes, that’s the level of “professionalism” here. Customer service here is non‑existent. The parking lot they charged us for? Couldn’t even get out of it. And they lied about the price. Every single positive review online for this place is a flat‑out lie. This isn’t just bad — it’s a complete scam with Hilton’s name slapped on it. Avoid this dump at all costs. Hilton should be embarrassed to be associated with such filth.

Unfortunately you have to pay for parking and the parking garage is narrow. No lobby entrance into hotel from parking garage, you have to take your luggage down the stairs and exit the garage from the front in order to get to the hotel.

Horror house hotel

You need to upgrade your hotel. I was very disappointed. Most Doubletree Hiltons are beautiful in its appearance. You have let that place go down. You force me to pay for service I didn’t like. The Garage was expensive with no direction as how to get into the hotel. It was night and there was no help. I would never go back again.

The location was excellent especially after attending Jin’s concert at Prudential center. The room, bathroom was spacious.It took a long time for the shuttle to arrived to the airport. I don’t why there’s no microwave in the room.☹️ They were able to refund the security deposit the day of our checkout. Something that I like since you can actually see that it was refunded. While the other hotels charged you then it after few days you can’t see the charged. I just want transparency. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.💜

The staff really made this an enjoyable check in and stay. Fee and the women on duty with her were a delight to work with. We had to wait a while as we were trying to do an early check in so we were able to talk to them. They were very pleasant. We were there for a concert so being a walkable distance to prudential center was amazing and very convenient. The area itself is whatever and the rooms were outdated. Out cable did not work. No smart tv. The hotel would not give us towels at 11pm. Our room was not stocked with towels and we didn’t notice until we returned after the concert. That was the only bummer really.
