Good, Decent, Cost-Friendly Stay

Had a pleasant stay for an affordable price. Room was spacious. Felt too spacious that they could have added more furniture. Cleaning could have been better in the bedroom area. There was some dust but was not bad. Bathroom was modern and clean. Was able to check in early so I was not too fussy. After driving 4 hours from out of state, I needed a nap asap. Check in/out was quick and easy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

HORRIBLE!!

Absolutely awful the customer service. I waited an hour and a half for the free shuttle. Ended up taking a $40 taxi. The front desk was so rude and said I was slurring my speech. I just got off a long flight and was exhausted. I have zero alcohol purchases on my credit card. Then when I went to check in and give him my card and ID and he got mad at me again the way I set them down. Needless to say he was on a power trip and said he could deny me my stay after it was paid for. I was lost and tired and the hotel could have been a bit more kind and helpful. I will be calling hotels.com.

There were some days when there was straight up no complimentary breakfast. There aren’t any close stores that are at least 5-15 minutes of walking. The walk to the city was about 30-45 minutes. This hotel is ideal if you are just looking for a place to stay and if you’re driving around.

I have no complaints about the hotel itself. It’s just the area that the hotel is in. It has very questionable people walking around and I did notice at one point a couple that was obviously intoxicated came and took advantage of the free continental breakfast.

Area around the hotel was pretty bad. Our room was spacious and pretty nice, though! Staff was nice in the actual hotel as well as in the valet area. One thing I have to complain about is that there was a full on bar and restaurant advertised on the top floor, but it only sold canned beer and wine as well as select food options, even though it was shown they had mixed drinks as well. The valet parking was also quite expensive but i wouldve rather had it than not because of the area. I would probably choose to stay somewhere else in the future becayse of the area.

It was clean, tidy and the front desk staff were nice. The complimentary breakfast was delicious but it was hard for them to keep up with replenishing the food but I dont think it was all their fault though. 😉 The room was nice. I would just recommend checking the rooms for blinking a red light on the celling all night not sure what it was from. And in the shower there needs to be at least one shelf for our toiletries or a stool maybe.

Our stay was great but overall we witnessed some unprofessionalism from your staff. No only where they not working as a team leaving one of the attendants to fend for the complementary breakfast by herself while they spoke ill of her at the doorway near the elevators. I also went to the front desk attendant on Saturday afternoon and waited patiently to be attended to while she was making a reservation on the phone. She then put the patron on hold for a second and asked how she can help. I asked the front desk if she could send someone to my room with fresh towels and reset the bed. While still on the phone the front desk addressed me and stated it would be done but when I returned to the room late that night nothing was done. Overall the stay was good!

The hotel was better than what I thought, due to the area. I loved the smell once you walk in. Only one matter I had was the HDMI for the tv kept changing so it was a problem to watch it. I had to call front desk for someone to come and fix it. Other than that, it was great. I will stay here again.
