Room had awful smell! Like dead feet! Had to go To the store to get air freshener! Huh and front desk guy was rude about it.

Staff was nice but when you have issuses with the clicker to the TV they will tell you to use the buttons on the TV. TV had a back sound like its about to die. Not all lights worked. Thank goodness for the sun. The windows had somethin on it so could not really see out. Cig buds next to end table not ours we so dont smoke. Allergies... main door looks like some one bashed it in with wood broken. Door does close an lock tho. No Springdale system just a smoke detector. Its ok for a night but not really comfy. Pillows are well used an flat only 2... As for cleaning for towels an trash. Out of 4 days. Only once an we had to ask for it. They where nice to hand us clean towels.

Checked in. Did not get a "river view" room like I signed up for. Most of the restaurants and shops were not open during my stay. This place is hardly a "resort". Pool was nice and had nice people working in there. No place open for a real breakfast. Breakfast available at the coffee shop were microwaved to heat them up...all premade and disappointing. Asked how may stay was when checking out.. said OK .... and no follow up from workers. people gambling all looked so depressed........ because the entire place was depressing.

The staff at the hotel are great. However, my room was terrible. There was peeling paint everywhere, and after my first night, I walked into the room to find drywall and dust that had fallen from the window casing on the floor. I alerted the staff, and they quickly gave me another room. The public spaces in this hotel are fantastic, but the rooms are in desperate need of an update.

The rooms all smelled of mildew. The staff was nice and moved me to another room, but since it was very hot out, the AC was not doing a great job and made the rooms feel humid and moldy smelling. When I came home and unpacked my clothes were wet and stink. I would not stay again.
