New Castle Vacation Packages

Room was great! Had basically everything you would need to cook a meal. Utensils, plates, strainers, etc. it was clean, shower got HOT (so be warned!), pressure was great. There was onsite laundry which was very cheap, the cheapest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. There were two things that was not good though, granted one is not the hotels fault which is why I’m not deducting two stars. This was the fact the the people right above my room without fail every night at precisely bedtime. Would start stomping around, dragging stuff, playing music very loud. Now what I did deduct a star for, the hallway stank. I can’t really describe the odor of which it stunk of. And the carpets could use a cleaning. Honestly smell would be easily resolved if they had a couple of those auto scent dispensers installed.

Breakfast

Room was very clean, smelled fresh and everything that was advertised, was present.

Lovely hotel but I am not sure how anyone gets sleep in this loud street hotel... trains, drag racing, police at bus stop, car alarms and music - all night long. Don't plan on sleeping if you stay here.

Very peaceful stay

Great place to stay

Falsely advertised. Dont know what customer service means and say free breakfast only to inform after checking in that they stopped giving breakfast. Too much pricey for sham hotel just having some statues and lighting to up the antic but no stuff
