This is an absolutely beautiful property. The grounds, the pool, the hot tub - fantastic. There are hammocks, picnic tables, plenty of seating outdoors. The hotel itself has so much potential. We were in the part of the hotel that used to allow smoking and unfortunately the smell remained. The hotel was fully booked so they could not move us, but they were attentive to our concern and provided air freshener. The room itself was enchanting, with a cute layout for kids and it was very spacious and comfortable. A reno on this room, including removing the old carpet and drapes, would make it absolutely spectacular. The fitness area was also amazing. Lots of equipment and space divided over two rooms. Smoothies and little snacks were provided post-workout. The hotel is conveniently located and has lots of easy, free parking. We did not use the restaurant, but it looked lovely. Staff were helpful. This hotel, with a refresh, would be absolutely amazing. I would go again, but specifically request to be in the side of the hotel that has always been non-smoking.

Chalet Riverside. Bien entretenu avec beaucoup de cachet. Loin des grandes routes donc très tranquille et entouré de forêt pour intimité. Bien équipé pour la literie et cuisine. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous reviendrons !

Clean spacious rooms excellent location to old city

The staff, the valets, the front desk, were extremely polite and responsive. All facilities were very clean. The bartenders and waitstaff are top notch. And you cannot beat the location!

Perfect for a small family getaway with older kids. Common area where family can talk together. Enjoyed the apartment feel rather than a hotel. In a great location close to restaurants and shops.
