Uniquely close in walking distance to convention center and Kigali heights shopping center. Clean and spacious rooms. Professional friendly stuff. Fun restaurant offing delicious local and international food options. Breakfast buffet provides many options.

Great location—very safe both inside and outside. I even took long walks at night on the well-lit streets. The included breakfast was excellent, freshly made to order from a menu. I would definitely return here next time I am in the city!

Room was good although well worn. The staff were friendly but not great English. Breakfast was ok, but somewhat poor quality. One example: I needed ice for a sprain and it took 10 hours to get any. Overpriced for the quality.

My gold tier was not honored. The room had no iron and no bedsheets just a bed cover.

Huge room; very clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing! Wifi was a bit spotty, but that seems to be the norm in most places in Rwanda.
