Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood slightly off the beaten path, cute clean apartment with functional amenities and good air conditioning that came in handy during the summer heat wave!

Spatious, modern and elegant with an excellent location.

The studio apartment was well set up and had lovely big windows with views to a leafy intersection. The support facilities were great, I got my laundry done with no fuss. The area is also a plas - the Plaza Olavide is one of the nicest urban plazas to spend time in, it seems like a real locals area and has lots of cafes and bars. The booking platform I used wasn't helpful but once I got through directly to the BeMate staff they were fantastic.

The checking was great, however from then on everything went downhill. We requested water for the room the next day and we never got it. We had to call at least 3 times before the water was brought to our room. They didn’t respect the “do not disturb” sign that we hung on the door, which was very disrespectful. We went to the roof top for a drink one night. Although we were seated after a short wait, we were ignored for what felt like an eternity so we left and went to a different bar (Sambhad) nearby where we got stellar service even though they were closing shortly. When checking out, a bellman offered to help with our luggage when we got off the elevator, but after demanding our room key he said “ok you’re done, no need to go to the desk” and then never helped with our luggage. He simply pointed to desk again saying we can store it there. Once he got our key we were left stranded with all of the luggage that barely fit in their tiny inefficient elevators. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Service was abhorrent.

The location is unbeatable, but the beds were disappointing.
