Flamingo definitely has gone downhill, even though they’re doing upgrades so often. Staff was unfriendly, unhelpful and rude, I got a text message that our room was ready early, so we went to check in like the text said, and they tried charging me an early check in fee for all 3 days, on top of the resort fees so it was like $500. We did not request an early check in so I’m unsure how that happened anyways. And absolutely absurd considering the fact our room was ready and then just SAT and waited until the normal check in time cause we did not pay that 😂☠️ Wasn’t impressed with the room upgrades they’ve done, had no character, super boring, and just white, everything is white. Emergency alarm went off for no reason and no explanation. Bathroom fan didn’t work and shower pressure was actually TOOO strong, like dangerously strong. Absolutely HATED the new “Go pool” 0/10. It’s all cabanas now, because they’re of course $ hungry. Went there for 10 min and left, next day we rented a couch at Caesars for $170, pool looked 590 times cleaner and put together.

Hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were nice. Had a wonderful stay
