This hotel exceeded my expectations. Very pleasant and quiet but also close to the university, shopping and some of the other town attractions. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was great. Homemade breakfast burritos and over easy eggs. Definitely would stay again.

Going through renovations, but a great place to stay!

The outside has been neglected as there were multiple weeds etc surrounding the beds near the entrance. The room itself still had an odor of past smokers and the tub/shower was not well maintained. We didn't bother showering. The biggest issue was the bathroom door would lock once you closed it and it took someone else in the room to let you out so it's a bit of reverses security. The mini fridge is left off so the items we wanted cool had to wait for the fridge to cool down which is inconvenient. The beds were comfortable and the A/C functioned properly. We would not choose this location in the future.
