The Staff tries to give guests the best possible service, but it seemed to us that they lack the tools to do so. Location is ok but you do not feel completely safe in the area. They need to improve the breakfast service.

Room was clean and well presented, although bathroom was dated and showing signs of age. Hotel used by companies to house staff and workers either leaving or entering country; as such check in was mayhem with 50+ people from a company trying to check in. Took me over 30 minutes before I could be checked in . Same issue with buffet dinner with too many people for the size.

The room is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and energetic. The swimming pool is beautiful and the atmosphere between the staff and guests is very nice.

Excellent staff. I was there on business for a week and anyone I dealt with was great. The rooms are nice and was dead quiet when in it. Food was excellent.
