Room clean, staff was very helpful in fixing the problem with room’s tablet we had. Breakfast’s portion was small.

The Wifi was terrible, couldn’t get it most of the time. The breakfast was too expensive for what they offered. Hotel located very close to the train station and the port.

Location

Dormy Inn is the hidden gem for foreigners looking for affordable hotel stays with luxury amenities. They have onsens, delicious local juice, coffee, ice cream, and noodle soups (time dependent) all included for guests. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful.

Staff was really helpful about ferry schedule to nearby Islands and bus schedule to nearby beaches. They made a lot of helpful suggestions and everything was very smooth. They were probably the most helpful hotel staff we experienced in Japan, and we enjoyed talking with them. We tried the breakfast in the cafe one day and it was good. Would absolutely stay there again.
