Some front desk staff ,cold demeanor. Bell hop excellent and breakfast staffmember very friendly. Access to breakers indoor pool,bathroom smelled of urine and poor maintenance. Limited access to towels and guest leaving trash by elevator. Trash in elevator. Quite disappointing experience and does not represent the hotel chain well.

Our oceanfront suite was more like side front. No ventilation in bathroom. Room service does not vacuum unless you request it. Common areas are not cleaned well during main hours of 8-6. I skimmed the lazy river a few times myself due to cockroaches. All being said kids had a blast bc they look past all these things. Had I not had to clean some tables to have a table to eat at w my family & skimmed pool area so my kids werent swimming w cockroaches I’d give a higher rating

There was no complaints, there rooms are very clean, the front desk staff help with all our needs the beach was perfect. We enjoy the lazy river and had some great choice for food. Will be back again

The property could be great but poor/horrible management. Common areas are not clean. Towels, clothes, shoes, and cups on the flat roof of the hotel. “What a beautiful view that is looking down on the pool from your balcony. Limited and or lazy staff. Garbage overflowing during breakfast, workers see it and literally say “just add it in there”. Guests enjoying the complementary breakfast barefoot, nobody says a word. Horrible room turndown service. Never once vacuumed. The rooms are Not clean, and need maintenance. They Didn’t make the beds or restock toiletries, only took out the trash. The pools are disgusting!!!!cloudy and filthy. Pool water needed to be shocked and or replaced regularly to ensure cleanliness with that amount of people using them. No supervision at the pool by hotel staff. The pool loungers being used a floating toys by the children. Towels and garbage all over the pool deck and beach. By mid day the pool towel rack is empty and dirty towels thrown everywhere. Guests leaving towels everywhere. Rowdy crowd. Pool area extremely crowded by your hotel and the adjoining 4 other hotels that get to share the amenities. Trust me. Listing says 9.2 “highly recommended” but if you have any amount of standards/class, and enjoy a nice vacation with your family, where you can actually see the bottom of the swimming pool and have things nice. Don’t waste your money here. Unfortunately 400-550$ a night doesn’t get you service anymore.
