My five days vacation

We were five days at the hotel. The rooms are not clean for three days at the third day. My husband was sick so we skip the third day of cleaning the rooms. We were never contacted again and we have to ask for new towels and getting rid of our garbage. I don’t think this the hotel that I was looking for. I did reservations online and it was guided to this hotel far away from the water. The chargers were fine not that expensive but nothing more than where I was looking for. I didn’t like the pool nothing else to look forward to.

The room was not clean — there were hairs all over the bed. I immediately called the front desk and reported the issue, but after waiting 30–40 minutes, no one showed up. I had no choice but to leave the hotel and find another place to stay. This completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing family vacation.

Rude customer service

Stay was ok for one night. The frint deak gentleman was not very friendly and also i wasnt happy when i got there to know i had to pay a 100 security fee when wenmbsite didnt say that. If i had known that i could ha e stayed at a better place that was a lil more secure and more room for the same price. There breakfast was nothing like the website said also.
