The room was dirty and turned our socks black, the toilet did not work, our shower barely worked. There were dead bugs in our room and the sheets did not look like they were washed.

Perfect location. The room was clean but the hotel hallways were dirty. Only gave us 3 towels a day and there was 6 of us all girls. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

The rooms were bare minimum, desperate need of upgrading, pool was small and not on the beach side. Nice having a restaurant in the hotel. All staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly especially Tammie ( hope I have her name right) if i needed anything tĥe staff was ready to assist. The property is located near all the attractions which is a plus. Quiet and the ocean view was amazing! Not a 5 star but I definitely return again

Everyone I interacted with was super nice. The hotel is in good shape. I did not use the pool and hot tub so I cannot attest to how they were. The only downside is that like many hotels the parking was on the other side of the ride and we frequently had to walk quite a bit from the hotel to our car.

Budget hotel with fantastic views

My son and I really enjoyed our stay. We were in an oceanfront room, so it looked like it had been updated. The hotel is definitely older, but the staff made up for that. Beds are comfy and the we didn't hear much noise from the hallwaysThe view is absolutely incredible, and I enjoyed having coffee out on the balcony every morning. It's also right on the boardwalk, so we walked up to Wicked Tuna for happy hour. I loved that the beach is literally steps away, AND you have access to all pools in both buildings. We didn't eat at the restaurant so I can't comment on that. If you're looking for a budget hotel with a great view, this is it. If you're looking for a fancy hotel when all the bells and whistles, look elsewhere.

There are a few things that are positive about this hotel. Location is great. Yes, its on the water, and has direct, easy access to the beach. I stayed by myself, so the size of the room was fine for one person. The parking, while not the best, wasn't a deal breaker. There were several lots near the hotel. There is a limit though, when it comes to cleanliness standards. The saved pictures promoting this hotel don't serve an accurate reflection of its condition. I was upset that I paid to stay. I shouldn't have to go to Walmart and buy a blanket and pillows for the bed because I refuse to sleep with what was given. Buy flip flops for the shower because I refuse to step barefoot on the floor. I even bought a cleaning product for the shower just as an added precaution. Major improvements are needed. Location while wonderful, doesn't erase basic safety and cleaning practices.
