Property was in a good location. It was clean overall but the room had some dust. Furniture needs to be upgraded. Chair peeling, very ugly and the refrigerator looks beat up. The room had a stale smell. And also the elevator wasn't the cleanest it could be.

First off they charge you an extra fee for booking with a third party, which is not stated anywhere on the email. The staff insisted it was even after I showed my confirmation without the fees. The fees range between $250-$175. The dinning area was small and it was packed during breakfasts. The breakfast was limited. The fire alarm went off on the early hours on the weekend and everyone had to evacuate. House keeping just took out the trash and did not completely clean the room/bed. There was noise all throughout the night from cars passing , people coming in the which made it difficulty to sleep. The bathrooms could use an update. For the price they charged it was not worth it, $500. Did feel comfortable here.

Everything was as expected. The staff were pleasant, room clean, however the bathroom was cleaned but the paint is coming off the wall and years of spackling make it look like it’s falling apart. The faux wood floor looks very nice but it has a slippery residue which caused me to slide coming in the door. I was very happy that they allowed my pets to chill with us, thank you comfort suites!
