I paid for ocean view, was given 6th floor, no working elevator so they changed it to the 5th floor. I asked for a different room and they told me to ask Expedia for refund of the room I paid for. they were going to charge me to change my room. That is unacceptable, I can not do stairs to the 5th floor! I left and came back later, different lady at the front desk, and she gave me the same room options, 5th or 6ht floor, no elevator, no internet. Then gave me a different room, no soaps, shampoo, tissue, room was not clean, etc. Too many complaints to list here. I paid for ocean view, did not receive it. I am very dissatisfied. Smoke alarm not on the wall, was in a drawer.

Everything was a lie. I was supposed to have a private balcony didn't happen. I was supposed to have a ocean view didn't happen. Had mold in the room, there was water dripping from ceilings and walls, there was no bed in on the pull out bed. The maintenance man were on drugs. The room didn't have a TV. I've been to this hotel in the past about 4 years ago it was nothing like it is now it should be shut down.

When we arrived at 4:30pm we where told our room was not cleaned yet to come back so we came back after we at dinner then was told we did not have the room we booked available and refused to refund our money for not having a room we already paid for

We got to our first room to find there was no tv on the wall. They moved us to another room and when we pulled out the couch the mattress has multiple blood stains. There were spiders all over and the reeked reeked of cigarettes. We left immediately.

All but one pool was shut down by myrtle beach health department. The pools are green and black, full of leaves. Half the hotels on the property are shut down and deteriorating. Addicts and prostitutes around the hotel. Unclean rooms, my microwave was flashing a number when i walked in to the room. I opened it and there was white stuff all in the bottom. Theres no towels or toiletries in the room. They have a coffee machine in the room but dont offer coffee or cups. The staff had no knowledge of anything other the how to check you in or out. They cant provide anyone with a refund or comp anything. They dont know how and good luck getting anything from front desk. It took me over 3 hours to get towels to shower. It took over an hour to get my room. Which still wasnt ready so i had to settle for a resortview instead of the oceanfront view which i booked. I fel scammed by this place especially since they're using a fake name.this is reall the sea mist, palette that youre booking. Do yourself a favor and cancel now before you're unable to get a refund!

This place is a joke! Never will I be back. There is no motel/hotel with the name Capital O. The pictures are misleading, rooms were dirty, had to be switched three times, no linens, no toilet paper. TVs dont work, no fridge as advertised, bugs and noisy. Very scary. Took 2 hours to locate front desk office. Had to park two blocks away and walk with luggage to room. So much!! Avoid area!!

I’ll just sum it all up and say DONT STAY HERE!! I’ll never come back to this property ever! Been here a week and no housekeeper came to clean my room, there’s no ice machine/ no vending machines, no clean towels/ no hotel phones, I was giving 2 hand towels(one of the hand towels had a big whole in the center) and 2 wash clothes for 7 days? Shaking my head terrible my room didn’t have a tv, no refrigerator and took 2 days to get one, no hot water to shower, rude management, pools were very dirty, every time I went to the lobby to complain someone was always in there complaining about something being wrong with there room, this ruined my vacation and it was my first time here in Myrtle Beach

It's good that it's close to the beach. Also the pool is good. The bad thing is that the property looks old and raggedy. It needs a lot of work. The inside it's much better than the outside. The bedroom is wide and beds are comfortable. Everything was very clean. The room didn't have all the toiletries but the supervisor got us some. They didn't provide us coffee or filters. The TV works but there's no signal. The Wi-Fi didn't work either. It was good for the price I guess.

Was ripped off. False advertisement from Expedia that the hotel had a large two queen bed with pull out ocean front for my family of 5 . Told we could check in by 3 by Expedia but it was 4 o'clock. Lazy river was not functional and not in use. Pool was disgusting. Room had a large leak, no shower head, pub hairs in tube,no tv, no pull out couch and only 2 full size beds. We left immediately upon arrival. I wouldn't put my ex wife in this place for meanest. Trash ass hotel that owes me some money back along with Expedia for guiding us to this hotel. DONT STAY HERE ITS JJST TAKING YOUR MONEY!!!

The pictures look great. The property is not. There is broken stuff every where. My husband tripped on a light globe and fell down the stairs. The house keeping doesnt come clean the rooms regularly. Asked for a remote for the tv for 4 days and never recieved one and some dont even have one. Also have no cable. The wifi also doesnt exist. Looked for a bathroom around the propery for 45 minutes while waiting for our room and never found one despite the front desk saying there was one. Dont know why they charge resort fees when half their stuff is broken. The parking lot was closed, along with the parking garage,the waterpark, and most the pools. This place is garbage.
