Its a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for. Parking at the front to get your bags unpacked/packed to leave along with everyone else is a pain because its so little and you will get stuck and have to wait on someone else to leave. If youre looking for a great night sleep this is not the hotel. People love to slam the doors all through the night. The beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are like sleeping on your arm. They do have a hot tub and 3 pools but last year we went 1 of them was out of order and again this time we went it was still out of order. Make sure you double to check to see if their pools are open before you book. The spot to rinse your feet off after the beach doesnt work so be prepared to get sand in your room. Thats also probably why the pool isnt as clean as it should be due to people rinsing their feet in it. Oh and both times I've stayed here the keys stopped working and we had to go back down to get new ones. 🙃

I highly recommend to NOT book a stay here. We were shocked at the condition of this property, I have photos and videos of each thing I'm about to list and am going to give the manager 24 hours to make this right before I dispute the charges with my bank and then call the Department of Health and Human Services to report the property for unsafe and unsanitary conditions. First thing I noticed was two cockroach eggs in the kitchen cabinet. Will attach pictures and video. Secondly, our refrigerator and freezer was hot and maintenance had to use the breaker box to reset it because the entire room electric was out. Third, the door to our room did not lock and we had to keep the stove door open (right by front door) to secure the room. Fourth, the balcony door was impossible to open without extreme force and that is a fire hazard and violation. Video will be attached. Fifth, the entire property is out of order and the amenities don't exist, no water in lazy river or pools, hot tub was on with electrical cords right beside it. My fiance opened the beach access gate and the entire pole fell on her and detached from the gate landing on her foot. And last, the entire bill was supposed to be $200 less than what is on my bank statement, which needs to be refunded asap. All receipts available. The only pluses were the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. Our keys to the room were shut off somehow after checking in 45 mins prior and the parking lot was across the street/no luggage c

Selling a Dream

The hotel does NOT match up with the pictures that are posted. The second the elevator doors opened I said "oh my..". When we got to our room, there were two doors. One was completely unlocked and did not need a key to enter. The transfer strips on the floor were not glued down and were an easy trip hazard. The entire front half of the room did not have electricity. When the staff came up to correct the issue we were told that the maintenance man was off the clock and could not assist. We were then moved to a different room 4 floors up. This room was pleasantly nice. The day staff were super sweet and very helpful however the woman that worked the night shift was incredibly rude and made us feel as though we were an inconvenience. The other downfall is that the parking is located across the street but that wasn't so bad as they allow you 15mins out front to load/unload your belongings. It has a lot of potential..maybe I caught them at a bad time. The building overall needs a lot of work and seems to lack general upkeep.

The room we stayed in had been recently renovated. It was a quiet place but we also stayed in the off season. The only downside to the property is the small parking lot is painted and slick when wet plus the main parking is not at the hotel.

No table to eat in the room, sofa was dirty, didn't know there would be no pots to prepare meals had to go out to purchase some. Black spot on the wall and didn't know if it was mold. The curtains were thin in the bedroom and I want stay there again.

I wasn’t aware that there was a pet fee upon booking this I found out the evening I checked in, not that big of a deal. The hotel looks like it could use a little cleaning and updating. The other guests in the hotel were really the issue; loud slamming doors, loud TVs in the middle of the night and the smell of marijuana was consistent throughout the weekend.

This property is the dirtiest place i have ever stayed in. Started with the elevator extremely unpleasant felt like i was in the projects. The first suite was looked ok but until i looked at the bathroom. Hair dirt and mildew in the shower and doors that wont open. Paid the upgrade fee ocean view and that room was worst. Had to clean the beads because of sand. Hair all over the place sofas and chairs were stain for god nows what and the occasional roach no hangers no silver ware no plates cups no iron.Will never book again at this location
