Mut Vacation Packages

Отличный отель! Вкусная еда, отличная анимация, и интересные шоу. Для детей много программ. Единственный минус очень много людей,хотя были в конце октября.

We stayed at Concorde as a family of four and loved every bit of moment at this luxurious resort . This is a complete package of entertainment and quality of food was top notch . Wonderful service and entertainment at the resort , Would love to come back and recommend to everyone.

Absolutely fantastic stay - the service was incredible and they were so accommodating to dietary requirements. Couldn’t reccomend more

Lovely hotel with plenty to do. Waterpark and pools were very cold.

Great property, especially for families with kids. The kids club is absolutely amazing. Probably the best one we have ever experienced. Food was very good with the Exec Chef seen on the floor regularly inspecting food areas, even in the kids club restaurant. However throughout the property, many things are broken. Tennis courts have seen better days, ice room broken in wellness area, loads of arcade games broken, kids club xbox controllers broken, pottery room kiln broken, fashion room printer broken, soft play trampolines broken, etc. So many areas have items broken which either show it was the end of the season or simply poor maintenance. We didn't let any of this spoil our stay though, we had a great time here and would like to return. One thing I didn't appreciate however was the lack of marine awareness of staff. Every day, staff on the pier simply throw all kinds of food down from the pier into the water to entertain guests to see loads of fish. Pizza's, Fries, Burgers, etc. you name it, it was all thrown into the water and only empty plates were returned to the kitchens. I have the name of the person seen doing this, however it would be wrong to single him out as most staff on the pier carry out this practice.

Please Read! The resort had nice amenities, and the food was excellent. However, the rooms were very basic and certainly not luxurious. They even did not have iron! My biggest disappointment was the hotel’s pricing and how they handled an issue with our reservation. I booked rooms for 13 people through Hotels.com, but accidentally entered one child’s age as 11 instead of 14. At check-in, the hotel tried to charge me an additional €250 per night for the extra person. I showed them an email from Hotels.com, which confirmed that this charge should be reduced to €130 per night. After presenting the email, the hotel agreed to honor the €130 rate. I also paid €130 per night for the 14-year-old child because of the age difference entered in the reservation. Even €130 extra per night for a three-year age difference seemed excessive, especially considering the quality of the rooms and the overall cost of our stay. I felt the hotel was more interested in extracting additional money from guests than providing good customer service. As an international traveler, I found this experience particularly frustrating. Overall, the amenities and food were enjoyable, but the basic rooms, unexpected charges, and disappointing customer service left a negative impression. I would strongly recommend confirming every detail of your reservation and any additional fees in writing before arriving.

Brand new property with modern, clean rooms and a great layout — restaurants centrally located so you can dine inside or out. Pillow menu available, a thoughtful touch. Shoutout to the team: Ender, Hakan, Emre & Ratuhan (bars — Hakan’s smoked cocktail is a must try!), Gulhan (pool bar on roller skates — fun and faster service!), Mehmet (DJ), Berkay (Wen), Mustafa (restaurants), Huseyn (Degusto), Ece (personal assistant — proactive and handled everything), Rhea (cleaning — spotless every day). For US guests — this blows Mexico out of the water. Buffet dinner included, à la carte has a small cover charge but the quality is far superior and worth it. Pool at 25°C, beach side clean, never struggled to find seats, kids and adult areas well separated. Borrowable games like Uno and chess are a fun bonus. Nightly entertainment — singing, dancing, live performances then an awesome DJ set. Separate kids show earlier in the evening. So much to do, I wish I came as a kid. Crickets noted in some reviews — you hear them outside at night from the greenery, zero impact on rooms. Rooms are modern and looked great throughout. Would absolutely come back. 🙌
