This is a wonderful hotel conveniently located on a tram line, with easy access to all of Munich.
My husband, our teenage daughter and I stayed here for three nights, in a junior suite on the top (6th) floor. It was bigger than many European hotel rooms and perfect for us: king bed and small sofa bed, with another regular sofa, plus a small desk for those who like to do a bit of work while on holiday :)
The bathroom was spotless and modern, with two sinks and a large shower with excellent water pressure. The bedroom had two huge windows (that opened!) and offered a lovely view of classic Munich rooftops plus beautiful church spires. The blackout shades, heavy curtains, air conditioning, quiet streets at night and nice bedding and pillows meant we all slept very well. The only things missing were an iron and ironing board; we got an iron from the front desk and made a makeshift ironing board with a towel on the coffee table.
The Italian restaurant in the hotel was also great. We ate there the first night because it was convenient, and went back the second night because we enjoyed it so much the first night - delicious, fresh food, good service and very friendly wait staff.
We would stay here again!

Clean hotel, comfortable beds, good air conditioning. 5 minute walk to main train station. Parking and breakfast are really expensive, we ate breakfast at the train station and parked our car at a nearby park and ride and used public transportation.

The hotel was very clean, modern, the staff spoke English well and knew the area. Helpful in telling us where restaurants were with map. The neighborhood was a little sketchy with homeless and strip club but my elderly father and I arrived by train at 2am with our luggage and made it walking from train station just fine.

Just west of the old town, the area around the main station is crammed with hotels and pedestrian areas filled with shops. Further north is the city's museum district, which is home to the Alte and Neue Pinakothek, the Pinakothek der Moderne, the restored Glypothek, the Museum of Antiquities, and the Lenbachhaus, which exhibits the work of Bavarian painter Franz von Lenbach.
