Dear Expedia Support Team,
I am writing regarding my recent hotel booking. I left the hotel after the first night because the conditions were unacceptable. The entire floor and even my room were filled with strong kebab and restaurant odors, making it impossible to stay.
I visited the hotel reception twice to request a refund for the remaining three nights, but they refused. I was forced to move to another hotel, where I paid €301.
I already sent an email to Expedia regarding this issue but have not yet received a response or refund. I have always trusted Expedia and made all my bookings through your platform, so this matter is very important to me.
Please process my refund for the three unused nights as soon as possible.
