They took my full deposit when we only stayed for 6 hours slept there and left. They did not even have towels, charged me extra for two people instead of one. Overall terrible experience would never recommend or go back.

Best Western Plus Centralia Hotel & Suites
This was a really nice property. The room we had was super spacious and the updates were nice. Newer vinyl flooring was great instead of gross old carpet. I have not stayed in a Best Western Plus and this makes me consider staying again in the future,
