Mount Olive Vacation Packages

The host was wonderful and very responsive. She even offers extended check out which was great. The listing could be a bit more detailed on the apartment. It appears to be a place to rent rooms but the whole apartment was offered. There is a camera IN the apartment which was very uncomfortable as I felt like I could not get comfortable for the time I was there and being watched I could not enjoy the living room. Other than that I have no complaints.

The Lotte New York Palace is a surprise in the center of Manhattan. The hotel is clean, well appointed, and the service is warm and genuine. The rooms are larger than we often see in other Manhattan hotels.

Perfecta

My room had great views and was clean and fun.

The room we were in was very small and outdated. There were a few spots where the wallpaper was peeling. There were no drawers to unpack into. The bathroom was dirty. The only perk that was worthwhile was the discounted parking. However, there is NO valet parking despite being expressly promised in the description. We won’t be going back!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. There was an enormous bed bug presence. People on other floors were also complaining about it. The hotel claimed this was normal and there is nothing they could do. We contacted hotels.com and they said they would not help us with any sort of refund as the property had the money. The hotel then said they could not assist with any sort of refund given we booked with hotels.com. Do NOT book with either of these sites. Bed bugs should not be something “expected” when paying $400 per night to stay somewhere.

Everyone was awesome. Breakfast was amazing. So much options to choose from.

Great hotel and staff were very helpful. Restaurant was good and complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Awesome location.
