This property uses "contactless" hosting, which means there's no staff on site. In my case, the A/C unit in my room was inoperable and so I requested maintenance through the text message connection to somebody, somewhere. I received text message cheery responses and assurances for 2.5 days, but nothing ever happened. No repair happened. No one seemed to show up. I did overhear other guests complaining about a similar situation. So, if you're not too fussy, if you're just looking for a flop on Imperial Beach, this is a not a bad deal. It's like renting a sleep pod at an airport. Hope everything goes smoothly!

Perfect location! You can walk to everything! Hotel was very clean, pool area very nice, room was updated and had cute beach theme, bed was comfy! Staff very pleasant. Breakfast was good and included, but there’s also a few great places to go within walking distance. We liked our 1 king bed room with a partial ocean view. We enjoyed our stay, will definitely come back! Note: Parking is a separate nightly fee but the hotel has a convenient gated underground parking garage so you don’t need to drive around to find parking. Yes, there are homeless people throughout parts of the beach area/boardwalk, BUT nobody bothered us. If you’re staying Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights-lots more people hanging in the area because a few clubs/bars around the area. You could not hear the noise from our hotel room (oh to be in our 20’s again-haha).

Great location on the beach

Wouldn’t let me check in early. I ended up being in the hospital.
