Great little place to stay. The office receptionist is absolutely lovely. Nothings a problem. Parking is very tight behind the hotel. Better to park in the car park across the road.

Lovely historic hotel, full of period charm, beautifully maintained and very clean. The building is one of the most interesting examples of Art Deco in Napier and is located within easy walking distance of all the attractions you'd want to visit and several great cafes and restaurants. The standout feature for me was the shared courtyard terrace with a covered seating area where you can look out on Marine Parade while you sip your tea. Serene and relaxing! The staff were very professional and attentive. I would 100% stay there again.

Very outdated. Kitchen facilities in family room inadequate. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Good location website says 4 and 5 * rubbish. Luck if it is a 2.5 *

I thought it was a great hotel. But I thought the message in the binder about refusing to return anything accidentally in the room was a shame! Seemed really unfriendly! But a lovely place to stay ( if you don’t leave anything behind by mistake!)

The spa bath was a bonus and was wonderful. Great layout and the motel were close to all amenities. The only thing that let it down was the little things that needed maintenance. If they checked regularly or get their cleaning staff to let management know of the repairs, then they can fix the issues. Like I said they were minor issues that they can easily fix and get a 5 star. I would still come back to this motel, and I still highly recommend them.
