Wonderful 5-day stay. Excellent in all categories. Additionally, very thoughtful attention to small details and planning of rooms (eg, double windows and heavy curtains for noise control, more than adequate number of charging options for our devices, etc). Extremely friendly and accommodating staff at every level. Interesting spaces on rooftop and garden for breakfast. Overall a very pleasant experience!!!

WiFi didn’t work for the whole duration. One of our party was working but the WiFi didn’t work at all. The rest of us only needed it for socials but we still couldn’t connect for the whole 9 days. Door handles kept falling off. Asked for a clean from 2 people but it wasn’t done. Had to ask again the following day and it finally was. We had 3 rooms and half didn’t have enough cutlery, one didn’t have a toaster, some got bin bags / dishwasher tables etc. some did not. Inconsistent throughout. Gym equipment was broken (weights). Codes changed on our final evening so we couldn’t get into the property. We then had to find the number and call the property management to give us a new access code. Very inconvenient as it was after midnight. On the upside - the rooms were spacious, clean when we turned up, nice people on reception (when they’re there), nice space, the rooms all seem different, historic looking building, great location, easy for transport.

Beautiful just like in the photos. Jessica at the reception went above and beyond to ensure our smooth transition from the ship to the hotel. She took care of our transportation and facilitated early check-in for most of the group. Additionally, she directed us to nearby attractions and even went out of her way to make us lunch reservations. The views from the rooftop spectacular. Staff was very accommodating in every aspect.

Spectacular place with a history and very close to everything! Peacocks walking around the property. Gated and just awesome.

Great location! Easy walk to great restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Very friendly staff. Welcome treat in room was a delicious surprise. Room was small, room amenities were just OK. Restaurant downstairs has good food and very friendly staff.

This hotel was exceptionally well-located, conveniently situated near Barrio Alto and other must-visit attractions in Portugal. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms were modern, meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again when I visit Lisbon next time.
