The room was not cleaned properly. I guess a previous guest left a tag from their clothes in the window ceil. Which tells me the windows weren’t checked. Hair was found on several towels and I had to go to the front desk to get cleaner ones. Hair was in the bathroom sink. Just not what I was ...

No one cleaned our room while we were there. I mean no one brought fresh towels or came in to get the trash. Other than that the staff were very friendly.
