While the hotel itself and staff were very nice, the room was not great. The ac did not cool the room down at all- the beds were crazy uncomfortable and everything in our room upon morning was MOIST from the humidity. Tub was old and stained with iron. And the lever for the shower head was very difficult to turn on because it would stick.We were in town visiting family for a single day. We were late getting in and we just didn’t have time or energy to fuss with the front desk to figure it out.

This hotel provided a truly wonderful experience. The staff's kindness contributed significantly to the welcoming atmosphere. Our room floor was dirty, the floor needed a good carpet clean and tile/bathroom needed mop. Many areas of the room were dusty and not cleaned. Beds are uncomfortable and 90% of the outlets didn’t work. I’m pretty sure we were told breakfast was till 9:30am and at 9:20am it was gone.

Walking in, it smelled amazing and the AC felt GREAT! The front desk person was super professional and helpful! The room itself was very clean and put together, more than enough towels, and bed was sooooo comfortable. I booked two rooms, one with a king bed and another with two queen beds. Both rooms were great and I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great family stay!
