Appreciated the integrity

When we left we forgot a pillow. Within 15 minutes of departure I received a call. I was very appreciative of this. No other establishment has ever done this. I appreciate the integrity of the staff. The rooms were clean but could have used a deep cleaning. We enjoyed the stay and I would stay again. It was a busy weekend of sports tournaments and relaxing place to regroup and get some rest. Breakfast was good. I had trouble with the tv changing channels but a representative immediately came and fixed the problem.

Reasonably priced and comfortable.

The hotel was very nice and reasonably priced. The room was large and comfortable. However, the one thing that could have made our stay better would have been if we could have checked in earlier. We traveled from Port Canaveral and arrived at 2:00pm. We had to wait in the parking lot because we were not allowed to check in until 3:00 pm. I understand that is the check in time but if a room is ready it would have been nice to be able to relax after the long drive to the hotel.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had some questions and the staff was quick to get us answerers. The staff always had smiles. The breakfast was quickly refilled with fresh food as soon as it was emptied. Great place to stay.
