Great hotel great location. The owner was onsite and her customer service was very much appreciated.

A little expensive for the small rooms. But it is Milan. Expected a lot more for the price. Did not receive our free bottle of wine.

Was very conveniently located for us as first time visitors to Milan. We were close to shops, tourist spots ( The Duomo), etc. The meals we had were very good ( breakfast and dinner), The hotel lay out is a bit strange, but it is because it is a transformed building ( not originally built to be a hotel), But it sits on a Plaza and the view from our window was marvelous for people watching! We had no noise from below, so that was great! It has a nice gym, and pool. We used the gym but not the pool

Beautiful hotel, luxurious service, and incredible views. The staff were very helpful with arranging transportation and suggesting local restaurants. The pool was relaxing and the restaurant was wonderful.

Nice hotel

Booked last minute and what a bargain. Room was big and clean. Only moan would be although breakfast was brilliant with loads of choice, plates were cold so cooked food cold when brought to table.
