Poor valet service. We waited almost an hour to get our car back, and they couldn’t even find our key in one hour. We also requested a blanket and followed up almost an hour later, but they still never brought us one. To their credit, they waived the valet fee for one night, but the overall experience was still very disappointing. The breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited choices.

Very nice space, roomy and very comfortable.

All good

This was the second time I stay here(same room) with my daughters . It has changed so much in the past 2 years. Room smelled stale and not properly cleaned, the outside and corridors/stairs could have used upkeep(outdoors looked abandoned). Reservation was for 3pm we got there around 2:30pm put in the code and door wouldn’t open so we decided to grab something to eat. Got back at 3 , still locked out, bags in hand with my 2 kids. Rang the doorbell, no one answered, called the number multiple times, no one answered. Finally, after 30 minutes of waiting outside someone answered my phone call. When I emailed the manger/owner they never replied or apologized. Location is wonderful and so was our last experience. Being a single mom on a budget and carefully planing our trips I felt disappointed and let down. A simple apology would have gone a long way.
