Fresh breakfast every morning, parking was a secure compound, staff were helpful.

Good sized room and was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were helpful with check in & check out being really easy and efficient. There was also a very good selection at breakfast

Beautiful hotel well situated to access public transport, shops and attractions. We ate dinner in the bar 2 nights and both days it was delicious. Staff on reception and bar were very friendly. I would return again next time I am in Prague. Breakfast had plenty to choose from. Rooms are a good size and very clean.

The hotel staff was helpful and cheerful. The front desk staff spoke fluent English, helpful to me. Room was cleaned well each day. I added the in-house breakfast, very tasty, lots of choices. Air conditioning kept the room very comfortable, 90 degree heat outside. I also add the gym/pool next door for $15 USD for 2 days, great value.

I booked one night before my travelling to UK by bus, which stopped for loading just in the front of the hotel. It is also very close to undergrond station. The reception and breakfast room are in ground floor, while all rooms are on 7th floor, easily reached by elevator. Renovated bathroom. Excellent breakfast. The staff is very friendly, and they offered me another stay (after my return from the Uk tour) for better price. The second stay was better than the first - the bathroom was much better cleaned and I had windows towards green, so I was happy with that. Aircondition and fridge worked excellent. All together good choice for travellers, if they lok for a good place to spend one night and easily connection to public traffic.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Carlton Prague. The breakfast was excellent, the bedroom was spacious, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout our visit. This is a classic hotel, so don’t expect a modern, contemporary style. However, it is very well maintained and successfully blends its historic character with tasteful modern renovations. One of its most distinctive features is the restaurant, which is located in the original 19th-century cellars, giving it a unique and charming atmosphere. My only complaint is that the hotel is not within walking distance of Prague’s historic city center, so getting to the main attractions requires public transportation or a taxi.
