Perfect for our quick overnight stopover. The room was spotlessly clean, and the exceptionally comfortable bed gave us a great night's sleep.

Staff not talking much

Smokers stood right in front of the doors to access the hotel was not a great experience for a non smoker and the doors are directly opposite reception who I'm guessing chose to not ask people to move. The smell then blew into the reception area.

We loved our visit! We stayed for one night with our dog, and felt welcome and taken care of. As we visited in July, the hotel was in the warmer side, but thankfully the windows in the bedroom opened and there was a small fan provided that we made use of. Dinner and breakfast was excellent. Because we had our dog with us, we were sat in the club room, but we were very happy with the service we received here, and were very comfortable at our private table overlooking the estate. The leisure facilities were very clean and had everything you need for a workout, swim, or sauna. Overall, very happy with our stay and would happily return! Only regret is not having stayed an extra night!

Before I got in the shower was coated in either was vomit or feces, other than that everything was ok. Staff was decently friendly

Staff were exceptional, very friendly. Always greeted you coming in or Leaving the hotel. When you passed housekeeping in the Morning, they all called out Hi if they saw you. Room very clean , spacious and quiet. Great hotel, very walkable and breakfast was also very good, with nice fresh cut fruit choices. Great place with all amenities needed in Aberdeen
