Room was extremely disappointing. First signage to the room was inadequate and had to call reception twice for directions, the mattress was old and not to the standard you expect these days. The room itself was tired and not particularly clean. It was far too hot to sleep, not enough ventilation. The price to be fair to reflect this, The hotel itself was short on choice on the menu, nothing too inspiring. What they did have is superb staff. Friendly, helpful and attentive - just let down by the facilities and amenities.

My room was remarkable with a beautiful view of the area from my balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Horrible place to stay. No housekeeping. Couldn't access the pool because childrens time is only from 4.30pm to 6pm. Haven't heard any such rules before.

We had a great stay Staff were really helpful and friendly Some bits in the room could do with a little refresh but still clean. Would definitely recommend them.

Good buffet breakfast,all staff helpful and polite ,beds and room comfortable,only slight gripe was no fridge in room,,overall would recomend,Steve,Scarborough.
