Staff were courteous and always accommodating. Rooms were clean. Breakfast superb. Location within easy reach of city centre via bus, and Neustadt areas also via bus. 24/7 counter staff which was useful because we didn't arrive from Berlin until 1 a.m. Flixbus terminus 12 minute walk away at Dresden Neustadt Station.

Luxury hotel at a great price. Breakfast too expensive though at €35/person.

Perfect location right next to the Alterplatz. Unfortuniely, no kettle or coffee machine in the rooms. And the window is locked, with a very restricted central AC, air flow is not nice. Be aware if you care about bedding hygiene, it seems there is a blanket inside the duvet cover, and the blanket looked aged.

Great hotel with very spacious and clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Within walking distance to many cafes and restaurants, and close to a train station.
