Room size was huge but with a dirty sofa that needed cleaning, although the rest was fine. Standard hot breakfast offered by this hotel variety. Not sure if someone was being trained but staff not that interested when trying to check in. Shuttle to and from airport ran regularly

Staff was great. They need more employees. Elevators were broken, ice machines were broken and cleaning needed to be done. Water park was excellent.

We really enjoy the Graduate hotels in general, but there was one minor issue on this stay in Ann Arbor. The thermostat was set at 68 degrees and in "cool" mode, but the temperature in the room was 74 degrees which was too warm.

Great location right near the airport with the added bonus of having a complimentary shuttle service. Room was spacious and clean, and staff was friendly.

Outside in the back of the property, a group of cars were having a tail gate party and were smoking weed. When we came into the lobby to check in, the entire lobby smelled liked heavy weed. Thankfully our room was nice and clean.
