The property was clean and perfectly suited for my needs, which included a quick stay and a shuttle service to my flight. ​However, I was disappointed to discover an additional $30 parking fee at check-in because I had booked through a third-party site. This fee was not disclosed on the booking confirmation. I learned that this charge is waived for guests who book directly with the hotel. ​I believe this is a significant and unexpected cost that should be clearly communicated to all guests regardless of how they book. Providing this information upfront would prevent any misunderstandings and ensure a better experience for your customers.

The linens and bathroom surfaces were clean. But the halls and spaces smelled like cigarette smoke, and the general feel of the hotel is old and worn. The airport shuttle was timely and dependable. It was difficult to find in the dark - the sign is not lit and there is no visible address.
