The breakfast was decent and the staff was nice. The pool and jacuzzi were among the dirtiest and smelliest that I've ever encountered and the jacuzzi didn't work. I called in advance before I booked the room to ensure that it did, but the jets didn't work and it was disgusting inside. I will not stay at the Wyndham Garden Ann Arbor ever again. The wingate in Brighton was much nicer both room cleanliness and everything else. The floor was sticky in my room and so were the tops of the surfaces.

The property is the nastiest and dirtiest hotel I ever stayed in in 50 years. The staff is a rude.. The rooms are in horrible shape.. The pool was like a big dirty bathtub.. They have strange men laying around the furniture all in the lounge area. Did not feel safe at this facility at all and I am a big guy.. they need to take this property off Expedia. This property is an absolute disgrace to Wyndham.. They need to tear that whole property down and rebuild it.

Customer service was good but the room was hot. The air conditioning in our room was blowing out basically just air. Moved to a different room and same problem. If you don’t mind not sleeping with the air on it’s definitely not a bad place to stay cause this is my only complaint.

Was here for 1 night and had a terrible experience. First room that we got had issues with water clogging in the tub. Since no was available they changed our room. The second room had issues with air conditioner. We didn’t realize it earlier but called at 2 AM, the lady at the front desk said they she can change our room again but we have to moved all our stuff. At 2 am with kids and when i said we are anyways checking out bay 7, do you still want us to move our stuff. The room was so suffocating. I don’t know who would have come at that and we were anyways checking out in the morning. This is a very old hotel and you don’t know what you will get in your room. Half of the things are coming off from the dry wall.
