The bathroom done smell nice. I didn’t like the sink was outside outed the bathroom with no towel holder. The bed was comfortable. We LOVED that we could bring our dog. The lobby was nice.

The room temp couldn't be altered manually, and held at 63 degrees the entire time. I switched it to heat, and it wouldn't change. Spent very little time in the room and slept in 2 layers so not to freeze through the night Asked for assistance and received none. Otherwise, it was a great location for the art fair access.

We love staying at the Graduate. As long time customers, however, we were certainly surprised by all of the miscommunication and misunderstandings happening withe the valet parking people and the location of our keys and our car x2. We've never had a problem bwfore, so hoping it's a problem that's being improved soon. Thanks everyone!

If was fine for the price and location. The HVAC needs work. We couldn’t get the room to warm above 67 with outside temperature in the 80’s. Hall was even colder; this is wasting energy.
